3.3 The Customer is responsible for any additional charges related to international shipments.
4.1 Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

5.1 Orders are shipped under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms (Incoterms®).
5.2 The Customer is considered the importer of record.
5.3 You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
5.4 These costs are not included in the purchase price and may be collected upon delivery.
5.5 By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these responsibilities.
6.1 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
6.2 Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days.
6.3 Products may be shipped from international warehouses or suppliers.
6.4 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6.5 We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.
7.1 You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

7.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise stated.

8.1 Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
8.2 The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
