Return Policy

Return Policy – Betty&Grace Atelier

At Betty&Grace Atelier, we do our best to ensure customer satisfaction. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document clearly outlines our return conditions.


Return Conditions

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Trying on items is allowed; wearing them is not.
  • Returns of products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return some or all items are not permitted.

Return Process

  1. Notify us of your return within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting support@bettygraceatelier.com.
  2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier.
  3. You must return the item at your own expense, including any shipping or customs costs.
  4. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  5. All costs (shipping fees, customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days using the original payment method.


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
